As a creative, I'm driven to create memorable brand stories that live seamlessly across digital, traditional, social, shopper and event. To me, it doesn't matter what the medium or channel is, each one presents an opportunity for us to make a meaningful connection between the brand and the audience. I believe every brand has a unique story and it's my job to tell that story in a way that both resonates and is authentic. An art director by lineage, I also write. I'm ambidextrous by nature so doing both not only came naturally, it also just seemed to make sense.
As a creative leader, I bring passion, vision and a true collaborative approach (both internally as well as with the client). My mission is to inspire, challenge, mentor and bring out the best in every single person I work with every day. I've done everything from leading large groups at agencies to running entire agency departments to helping open up and grow new offices. Along the way, I've stayed true to a few core beliefs. 1. Respect the work. 2. Respect the process of creating the work. 3. Respect the people who do the work (and that doesn't just mean creatives). Using these principles as my guide, at each agency I've raised the level of the work, attracted and retained talent and won new business. We've also managed to take home our fair share of awards.
I'm looking forward to bringing my only personal "tao" to new challenges as I know my best work is yet to come.
